Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  2. 2. It must be in the original packaging.
  3. 3. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Procedure

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. 1. Contact our customer service team at collamouv@deutsche-heilmittel.de within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. 2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. 3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) if applicable.
  4. 4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  5. 5. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
Refund Timeframe

Refunds will be processed within 5 days upon receiving the returned item. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the refund procedure and place a new order for the desired item.
